So many of us are looking for ways to help the people of Newtown and the families affected at Sandy Hook Elementary, and this is a great way to start! Small Fry has teamed up with Brickyard Buffalo and several other artists and graphic designers to create a capsule collection of  downloadable prints, all at $5 each, and profits will go to the Sandy Hook School Support Fund through United Way. You can also donate in any amount of your choosing directly at United Way here. Today is the day! From December 20th until the 26th, Operation Sandy Hook will be underway. Spread the word!

This weekend is busy with overnight guests, party setup and primping for…my baby shower! My sweet friend Stephanie is hosting, but she has allowed me to do all the planning and styling, which is such a gift for me! This is just a glimpse of the decor, but I will be sharing photos of the big day next week. After my wedding, this is the most exciting event I have planned and looked forward to! Bon weekend!

Having been part of many retail ventures, I appreciate a good one when I see it. Oranges and Lemons is an adorable local baby and children’s boutique, where I do much of my shopping! Located in Greenville, DE…they just celebrated their grand re-opening in their new space. The cheerful pint-sized space is packed and stacked with goodies for your little ones, including some of my favorite brands such as Bugaboo and Heather Moore Jewelry. Added to that is their generous selection of books, clothing and toys…I dare you to leave without something fabulous!
